PRESENTATION
Like the bells used at conferences and lightning talks, it rings once at the 1st bell, twice at the 2nd, and three times at the end. After time is up the screen turns red and counts the overtime.
MEETING
Agenda (time boxes)
Track the time left until deadlines, launches and events side by side. Business days skip Saturdays and Sundays (public holidays are counted).

What Kasey Timer can do
- Timer
- Enter hours, minutes and seconds, or use the 1 to 60 minute buttons. Choose from 11 alarm sounds, repeat the sound until you stop it, restart the same timer automatically, and add an interval between rounds. With “Until a time” you can count down to a clock time such as 3:30 PM.
- Pomodoro
- Alternate 25 minutes of focus with 5-minute breaks and take a long break every 4 rounds. All lengths are adjustable. It counts pomodoros per task and records your focus time for the day and the week, which you can download as CSV.
- Stopwatch
- Measures to 1/100 of a second and records laps, marking the fastest and slowest. Copy the laps in a format you can paste into a spreadsheet.
- Multiple timers
- Run any number of named timers at the same time, for cooking or for keeping track of several tasks at once.
- Presentation
- Set the talk length and two warning bells. The screen turns yellow at the bells and red when time is up, then counts the overtime. In full screen the digits are large enough for the speaker to read from the stage.
- Meeting
- Give each topic a time box and see the current topic and its time left. Enter the number of attendees and an average hourly rate to watch the estimated cost of the meeting add up. Afterwards, copy how long each topic actually took.
- Deadlines
- Shows the days and hours left until deadlines and events, with an optional count of business days.
- Clock
- Shows the current time alongside the time in cities around the world.
Tips
- Your settings and running timers are kept even if you close the tab. Open the page again to pick up where you left off.
- Keyboard: Space to start or stop, R to reset, L for a lap, F for focus view, Shift+F for full screen, 1 to 8 to switch modes, and Esc to stop the alarm.
- On phones, the sound may be muted in silent mode. Turn on “Keep the screen on while running” so the screen stays awake while a timer runs (in supported browsers).
- No sign-up needed. Everything you enter is stored only in this browser on this device and is never sent anywhere.
